Cleanliness is our top priority. That is why we have developed a comprehensive and meticulous cleaning protocol, which we carry out personally between each stay.
We take these precautions seriously so that you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.
2. Is the chalet private?
Absolutely! Chalet NOX is an entire property for your exclusive use, ensuring complete privacy. You will not have to share any indoor spaces or facilities with other guests.
Although there are neighbors nearby, there is no direct line of sight into the property, so your privacy remains undisturbed. It’s the perfect opportunity to disconnect from your daily routine, reconnect with one another, and enjoy your stay at your own pace.
3. Are children and animals allowed?
Chalet NOX is reserved for stays by adults only. Consequently, children and pets are not permitted.
We aim to maintain an allergen-free environment and an intimate, tranquil atmosphere, ideal for rejuvenation.
4. What equipment and amenities are included?
Chalet NOX offers a range of amenities to help you craft your own unique experience:

The chalet also features two bedrooms, one of which includes a round King-size bed along with all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Not at all! Chalet NOX is a space where you can explore at your own pace, whether you are a beginner or already familiar with this type of equipment. Usage and safety guidelines are available on-site to ensure you can enjoy the experience comfortably and safely. The important thing is to respect your own limits, communicate, and enjoy the moment in your own way.
6. Is it possible to arrange a romantic surprise or a special occasion?
Certainly! We offer decoration packages to mark a special occasion, whether it’s a birthday, a marriage proposal, a honeymoon, or simply a desire to surprise your partner. These packages are available as an add-on and must be arranged in advance.

7. Is it possible to purchase intimate wellness products directly at the chalet?
Yes! A selection of intimate wellness products is available on-site, including massage kits, lubricant, vibrating accessories, and popular items like the Womanizer.
The selection on-site is intentionally limited to the essentials and a few must-haves. If you’d like to explore further, we can offer recommendations and order products tailored to your preferences.
This gives you the perfect opportunity to plan a little surprise—or simply treat yourself to a new experience.
8. What activities can one do near the chalet?
Located in Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci, in the Lanaudière region, Chalet NOX is surrounded by nature, the perfect starting point for a getaway from the daily grind.
Depending on the season, you can enjoy hiking trails, lakes, outdoor activities, and nature walks. ATV enthusiasts also have access to nearby trails, subject to the necessary permits and access rights.
And if your idea of a perfect stay involves nothing more than lounging in a bathrobe, relaxing in the spa, enjoying a drink, and never leaving the chalet, that’s perfectly fine, too!
